    He is also Chairman of Singapore Power, Chairman of Sembcorp Marine and an Independent Director of Sembcorp Industries. Tan Sri Hassan is a Senior Advisor at Temasek International Advisors.

    From 1995 to 2010, Tan Sri Hassan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), where he also served as Chairman of several of PETRONAS' public listed subsidiaries. Under his leadership, PETRONAS transformed from a natural gas exporter into an advanced state-owned oil and gas company with a broad international presence. Tan Sri Hassan also served as a Non-executive Director of the Bank Negara Malaysia from 2005 to 2010 and was also an Independent Director of ConocoPhillips between 2011 and 2013.

    Tan Sri Hassan was previously an Energy Governor and Energy Community Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He was also a Board Member of the WEF's Partnering Against Corruption Initiative (PACI) and a Council Member of the WEF's Council of 100 Leaders. He served as Council Member on the International Investment Council, South Africa and as Council Member of the Commonwealth Business Council. Tan Sri Hassan was the Pro Chancellor of the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, which was established in 1997 and has grown to be one of the most prominent private universities in Malaysia.

    In 1997, Tan Sri Hassan was conferred the Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM), which carries the title Tan Sri, by the King of Malaysia. He was also a recipient of the Commandeur de la Legion D'Honneur by the Government of France in 2000 and the Friendship Medal (First Class) by the Government of Vietnam in 2000. Tan Sri Hassan was awarded an Honourary Doctorate (Engineering) by the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2001; and an Honourary Doctorate (Corporate Governance) by the Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 2006.

    He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) as well as the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

    Mr Barnaud has more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector where he worked for major energy companies in various senior roles, which include the establishment and leadership of commercial, trading and shipping businesses in global energy markets. He is a regular keynote speaker and panelist at most international energy conferences.

    He was previously a member of the Gazprom Marketing & Trading Group (Gazprom M&T) Executive Committee and its Chief Commercial Officer managing the global LNG, Oil/LPG and Shipping business units. Between 2008 and 2017, Mr Barnaud successfully positioned Gazprom M&T as a significant player of the global LNG markets, where he built and led a first-class commercial, operational and trading platform. He promoted Gazprom M&T’s presence in Singapore as early as 2009 and was the first chairman of the board of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Singapore Pte Ltd.

    Prior to Gazprom M&T, Mr Barnaud was the Global Head of LNG Trading & Shipping for Total SA. While at Total SA and prior to that, Elf Aquitaine, he held responsibilities in a variety of business divisions, including the Gas & Power Division (LNG trading & shipping); the Refining & Marketing Division (wholesales, strategy and business development) as well as the Oil Trading Division (hedging, derivatives and structured trading).

    During his career, Mr Barnaud successfully led major international negotiations for LNG liquefaction and/or exports (e.g. Qatar, Russia, UAE, Nigeria, Yemen, Norway) and for LNG sales and/or regasification terminals (e.g. India, Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Mexico, Argentina, Egypt, Pakistan, UK, France). He had also promoted infrastructure-driven projects such as floating liquefaction (Cameroon) and floating storage & regasification units in order to accelerate growth of LNG markets.

    Mr Barnaud holds a Master’s equivalent from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and was a research fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, Oxford University.

    He holds the appointments of Chairman of the Land Transport Authority, Chairman of the Singapore-China Foundation and is a member of the Public Service Commission.

    Mr Chan retired as CEO of Singapore Press Holdings Ltd on 1 September 2017 after a stint of 15 years. He had served on the boards of various Statutory Boards, listed and non-listed companies, including Singapore Power.

    He was also the Chairman of URA and the Council that reviewed the Code of Corporate Governance in 2012.

    Before joining SPH, Mr Chan was an Administrative Officer in the Civil Service. Some of his appointments included the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Principal Private Secretary to Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew.

    He is a President's Scholar and was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Gold and Silver) and the Meritorious Service Medal for his contributions to the public service. He graduated with a Diplome d'Ingenieur from the Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile and a MBA(with distinction) from INSEAD.

    He is also Managing Director, Investments of Temasek International, overseeing the life sciences and energy sectors. Prior to joining Temasek in January 2003, he was Assistant Managing Director of Singapore's Economic Development Board (EDB). In his 16 years at EDB, he headed the energy and chemical industry clusters, was the founding cluster head of biomedical sciences and led the board's European Operations. He was a principal player in formulating the plans for the development of Jurong Island as a hub for the chemical industry. He was also a key member of the Sembcorp Gas team which concluded the first piped natural gas contract from West Natuna, Indonesia in 1998.

    At Temasek, Mr Tan was involved in several investment deals in the energy sector and, in its early days, helped steer the growth of Gas Supply Pte Ltd, Singapore's second piped natural gas contract with Indonesia. He also served on the Board of Directors of Sembcorp Utilities, Sembcorp Gas, Seraya Power, Conoco Phillips Petroleum Singapore Chemicals, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical and Asean Bintulu Fertilizer.

    Mr Tan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, South Australia on a Colombo Plan Scholarship and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2000.

    He is a seasoned energy professional, having held senior management positions with ExxonMobil, both in Singapore and in the United States. He served as Financial Controller for ExxonMobil Asia-Pacific, and headed up Exxon International's Financial Planning, Operations and Downstream Financial Reporting divisions in the USA.

    Mr Koh has brought his experienced perspective to a number of highly regarded companies in the logistics, energy, engineering and transport industries. He has served as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Boards of SIA Engineering Company, Mapletree Logistics Trust Management, Venture Corporation Ltd, Orchard Energy and SMRT. He is currently a Non-Executive Independent Director at Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd.

    Mr Koh holds a Bachelor of Economics degree with Honors from the University of London and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

    As an independent strategy and LNG consultant, with over thirty years of experience in the energy and utility sector, Mr Ledesma's focus is on strategy throughout the gas business value chain. This includes the structuring of commercial arrangements, supporting financing, analysing markets as well as the analysis, review and commenting on the pricing of oil and gas globally.

    During his twenty years with Shell, Mr Ledesma worked in Malaysia for five years, the Netherlands for two years and travelled extensively to Oman and Asia. He was a key member of the team that secured a major LNG project in the Middle East. As Director of Consulting and, subsequently, Managing Director of the Gas Strategies Group (formally EconoMatters Ltd), Mr Ledesma worked on and managed LNG and gas consulting assignments around the world from 2000 to 2005.

    Mr Ledesma is a Research Fellow of the Oxford Institute Energy Studies and, from 2008 to 2012, jointly authored the Institute's books "Gas in Asia", as well as "Natural Gas Markets in the Middle East and North Africa" and "Price of Internationally Traded Gas". In 2013, Mr Ledesma published a paper "East Africa - Potential for Export" and in 2014, "Australian gas and LNG exports."

    Mr Ledesma has a degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter, UK.

    He is also Managing Director of Stratagem Group Pte Ltd. He was a Senior Managing Director in Temasek International from 2006 to 2013, as Head of Strategic Relations and Corporate Affairs, Head of Australia and New Zealand Markets and Co-Head of Organisation and Leadership. Prior to this, he was in private equity in Dallas, Texas from 1999 to 2005. He retired as Chief of the Singapore Air Force in 1998. He was a fighter pilot and flew the Hunter, F5 and F16.

    He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold), the Indonesian Air Force Medal, the Knight Grand Cross of the Crown of Thailand, the Yellow Grand Cordon of the Resplendent Banner of Taiwan and the Legion of Honour (France).

    Mr Goh holds a BA from the National University of Singapore and has attended the Leaders in Administration Programme at the Singapore Civil Service College, and the Advanced Management Programme in Harvard Business School.
